Fitness Classes
Zumba
This dance class features high and low intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength through the application of beginner-accessible choreography.
Zumba Toning
This is a low intensity class using light weights and/or body resistance. It has fun Zumba music without the cardio intensity of regular Zumba.
Adult Ballet
This class will help with muscle lengthening and toning. This is a low impact class that will be a great way to start your day.
